Leica laser test suntec 5 axis cnc router precision 0.1mm in customer workshop 

XYZ TEST LEVEL USE LASER PRECISION 0.1MM

This customer produce parts need very high precision every parts must be 0.1mm . at the begining he doubt suntec 5 axis cnc machine .

now from install test level then scan the finished mold ,precision higher than he image . he is very satisfired suntec 5 axis cnc machine 

suntec 5 axis cnc machine produce control every parts from steel quare choose to produce every part need high precision . every legs produce need mill at least 3-5 days as 5 axis center mill slower precision much higher . must make sure every parts at same level to make sure high precsion . 

after install then we use Renishaw to test precision to make sure XYZAC axis  5 axis precision all 0.01mm .
