Customized sawblade instead of two cutter fast speed for baseball bat cutting 

as baseball bat wood all hard wood maple sawblade cutting much wood one time and fast speed than cutter tips .

especially baseball bat bar very thin using sawblade need cut 2-3 times can finish . 

customer use round wood machine to make square wood into round wood ,then use suntec cnc wood lathe 

to cut baseball bat then savingtime . as sawblade from square wood into baseball bat need about 10 mints to do one piece . 

if you produce mass of quantities best way is square wood - round wood by round machine normal ST-9080 round machine is ok 

then use ST-1530 cnc wood lathe do mill baseball bat . 

sawblade must be with spindle bar at same level then it can cut wood well .

Dsp controller also can use G code to control it on or off M03 on M05 off . to control 5.5kw motor .
