Normal cnc router have three axis XYZ ,can cut wood plastic light metal to use cutter tools end mill material from working piece . 

But 5 axis cnc have XYZAC 5 axis spindle can 360 degree .A axis +_110 degree C axis +_245 degree can set max 360 degree but normal +_245  degree working .it can mill every sides so it now popular used in a wide range of industries, including aerospace, automotive, Education , 3d model making and medical. They can be used to create a wide range of products, from intricate parts for aircraft and automobiles to complex moulds and even dental implants.

1. suntec 5 axis first make a design use solidworks then output format which can be ready suntec 5 axis cnc router controller such as syntec , osai ,tpa . 

   controller according customers requirments to choose .mostly reasonble price is syntec controller .syntec controller with RTCP function which can fast speed feedback from motor and can secondly edit if you add some functions . 

2. After drawing design to make sure with client , then arrange heavy duty steel structure to welded , heattreatment to delete itself rigidity .sanding paiting to delete fire steel dust . then use 5 axis cnc center to mill squareguide and make hole to make sure high precision . suntec 5 axis cnc precision to make sure 0.03-0.1mm so every parts precision all must high precision . 

3. Install Gantry cnc with laser to make sure every sides  height at same level adjust one legs firstly then on the basis of this legs then adjust another . use laser scan also to make sure high precision . 

4. Taiwan PMI or Germany square guide every square guide have plate and use milled marble (by cnc machine center to mill flat ) to adjust pareller with marble use pencetage center to check 0.01-0.03mm precision . suntec 5 axis cnc all used world famous parts such as japan yaskawa driver and motor 

   schneide elelctrical parts , Taiwan airtac air parts etc .

5.  After install finished Adjust XYZAC every axis to make sure every axis precision 0.01-0.03mm use indicator 

6. Engineer test use powermill /ug software to make file to make sample .fiberglass carbon hombboard material wood or composite material to make sample again and again , then use Reinishaw laser scan sample precision ,if a little different then use offset controller syntec to give offset to make sure high precision .
