This customer use suntec 4 axis cnc router mainly for Mine mold making using hard wood 

he introduce by suntec other customer who used suntec 4 axis cnc router 6 sets . we cooperate 7 years ago . 

9kw hsd spindle swing 180 degree heavy duty structure table yaskawa driver and motor syntec controller

it can do foam (EVA styrofoam pe pu high density ) hard wood ,carbon material fiberglass composite material etc for  areplane , car mold 3d status people carving .powermill ug multcam make design profile you should konw the offset of 4 axis cnc router . middle of spindle to the tip of tools . then you input controller . so B axis can swing right 90 degree and left 90 degree . some design need add rotary .so it costly than 5 axis cnc .
