how to adjust 4 axis cnc router spindle go right direction 

when beginner using 4 axis cnc at firstly . it maybe home origin problem . when press home button , XYZ4  axis should home origin . but if you connect wrong sensor line . the 4 axis maybe go wrong direction . so below we solve this problems 

1.       Press home button the light on . then you press 4 axis . the spindle head will rotary direction then vertical table  

      

     If problem , you should check the sensor  when this limit piece touch this sensor ,the sensor light should be on it means the sensor ok . you can also use metal piece to touch this sensor . as picture   (press right button  -F1 – PLC status – MUST I BITS  0 1 2 3  means  x y z 4 .  )  when you use metal piece to touch this sensor the light on when u take off metal piece it off so it means ok .

   
   

   

2. so it adjust limit piece you use handwheel to adjust spindle horizonal to let limit piece touch this sensor to let sensor light on  the distance within2mm you can adjust according real stature
