How to choose suntec  5 axis cnc machine for aluminum and wood foam mold

1. you should tell us what working size  length width height .

2. what kind of aluminum you make . aluminum mold or aluminum profile .

3. if aluminum mold spindle need cooling device as video . if wood mold no need ,as Hitec spindle water cooling we offer water chiller to cooling spindle .

4. if aluminum mold need highpowerful spindle at least 14-17kw much powerful spindle much strong . if wood mold at least 10kw . 

5. aluminum mold need much stronger table and strucure than wood mold .so price also higher than wood mold machine . 

6. if aluminum mold spindle weight higher than 10kw so z axis structure need high strenghth to bear it . there is much enforced steel inside 

7. Gantry and structure table need high powerful and very very strong to make sure no vibrating when working .
