how to solve syntec controller 4 axis Z axis exceed cant home origin

When you use syntec 60we controller for 4 axis cnc machine z axis exceed and z axis home postion inaccurate as up picture . 

you can follow this video to test PLC status -i bits to show 2 means z axis if have signal it show off  or it show 0 . 

you move z axis to touch the limit .if without signal you adjust the limit height . if more than 2 years the screw will not fixed . you fixed it or let it a little higher . then z axis normal .
