How to use suntec professional wood fixture in wood chair making machine

Some customer first use suntec wood chair making machine  they dont konw vacuum table and aluninum table  which one is better . 

according our 20 years experience ,we listed 

1. vaccum table for panel funiture best . if wood chair you need use seal rope to hide holes and put about 15mm-20mm pdf wood .so it adsorb not well .

   but aluminum table can touch directly with fixture and we made professional direction steel plate to fix fixture . as two table you just make sure this two fixture at same line and parelled with x axis . so it is easier and simple . importantly you can just use one powermill directions to do file . 

2. we make two electrical valves for change two table working , if you use one table you just open this side valve . if change another table open another valve .so it very convinent and operation easily . 

3. Except steel plate direction we also use plate to press the fixture so it not move to improve your wood chair high precision .
