How to test suntec 5 axis cnc router precision  .

There are many ways to test suntec 5 axis cnc router machine especially for aerospace  satellite refector nuclear submarine  car mold plane mold many high precision parts 

must need very high precision cnc machine center .Below we introduce some ways . 

1. Suntec 5 axis cnc adjust precision fristly using percentage indicator to adjust XYZAC every axis adjust 0.03mm  better 0.01mm need every parts must be high precision . and XYZAC 5 axis rotary also reach this precision . 

2. Use laser scan every parts precision or Reinshaw to test sample  offset to adjust controllers .

3. Use geometry SUCH AS S curved line  or taper to test suntec 5 axis cnc router precision as S curved line have  up and down line and rectangle  composited . 

   two S lines distance 40mm and there are 12 top dot to test 5 AXIS AC axis right left  120 and 245 degree need 5 axis linkage must smoothly . then use laser to scan sample to check difference . use controller to makeup offset to reduct  this difference to meet high precision .
