How to callbrate 3 axis and 4 axis before you use suntec 4 axis swing 180 degree cnc router 

This video mainly introduce how to callbrate suntec 4 axis 3d mold swing 180 degree cnc . 

1. Firstly 3 axis callbrate , mainly for diagonal callbrate Fine a dot then drill a hole then clear XYZB axis all 0 . move x axis 1000 also drill a hole then same ways move y axis 1000 then back x axis now x axis now show 0 .

2. measure diagonal as video if same size it ok if not ok should adjust gantry . which side large you adjust opposite gantry back .this also have video show till two diagonal same size . then it ok .

3. .4 axis callbrate need test spindle veritical . use indicator touch spindle  to let indicator 0 then move z axis up and down till also keep 0 all the time . then it ok . if not vertical then adjust controller paramter .such as syntec controller 884 number (884 numbr  indicator number if minus  deduct if positive number add it then input 884 number ).
