Customer feedback for suntec atc  cnc machines 

1. First case from USA customer feedback . he make carbinet furniure, at the begining he used USA local second machine.

   his wood size same as china wood board 4*8ft 1220*2440 size we called ST1325 size atc cnc router machine . 

   as he is very professional engineer from drawing to machine details , he make sure very clearly . his wood mainly for Plywood 

   he need make hole to improve working effiency , and HSD spindle to working high speed . yaskawa driver and motor syntec controller . 

   the only different is XY direction is opposite from china drawing . china x+ is his Y + china Y + is his X+  we also set in controller . 

2. From make sure order ,we send production details from welding  heat-treatment sandingblasting ,milling by 5 axis cnc  painting , installing . 

   all details send him to make him no worry .

3. since he received machine praised suntec cnc atc and till now used more than one year still happy it and introduce more customer for us . also send us his working video for our reference .

2. Another case from UK customer  cnc router ST1350 cnc router 

This customer mainly make stairs in Uk . which is popular in UK market . 

This customer make stairs mainly for very hard wood thickness 30mm .so introduce 12kw HSD spindle . at begining he handmake stairs .

he want to buy cnc to improve working effiency . so he is konw less for cnc according his working process ,he also need side milling .so need vacuum cups to up working table then it can side milling . vacuum table if put any position for vacuum zone . there is two ways .

1. Double pvc player, but which is Thermal expansion and contraction ， if lont time usage , it not high precision and wood material can move a little we called "running board "then it cut size not right .impact precision . but till now still some supplier offer this . 

2. so we offer customer steel plate ,that why we suggest all of our customer used this if they need vaccum cups for boring head side milling ,routing . 

   Steel plate after heat-treatment , no deformed all the life . so it can make sure high precsion .

  3. This machine weight 6000kgs ,i can say no supplier machine can weight as us . as our all machine steels you can see thickness . 

  4. Vacuum cups normal 132*148*48mm , we also according your mini size and max size to customized for you . 

customer received it also very satisfired it , as he cant use cnc before , we teach him from how to press button and every button meaning , how to connect air compressor , how to connect power , how to connect vacuum pump , how to use cnc  till he learns well need about 2 weeks . 

suntec service also praised . Till now he used machine very well . and now he buy others things also let me help him . if Uk customer need machine , also to go check our machine quality and details . we are friend now .
