The numerical control interface of ST-1212 series CNC pipe cutting machine is combined with graphics and data. The operation is very simple: the operator only needs to input the parameters such as the radius of the main pipe and the branch pipe, the intersection angle, the cutting speed and other parameters into the computer to automatically generate the machining code. The software has designed a reasonable cutting introduction lead line to ensure the quality of the cutting surface, and the parameters after each cutting can be saved as a file for later use of the same workpiece.
ST-1212 series CNC pipe cutting machine cutting method can choose oxyacetylene gas cutting, oxygen liquefied petroleum gas cutting or plasma cutting according to user requirements. The workflow of the device:
(1), programming
It can be programmed directly on the machine or offline editor. Use the menu option to input cutting parameters such as outer diameter, wall thickness, groove angle, compensation data, etc. Programming can also be implemented through nesting software. The CAD graphic import nesting software directly generates the cutting program in the DAA format, and can be cut by copying it to the device control system through the U disk.
(2), pipe loading
Adjust the chuck and the claws up and down according to the size of the pipe diameter, and place the pipe on the loading roller frame with the lifting tool. Manually push the tube to the chuck. The end of the pipe reaches the chuck clamping position, and then manually clamped with a wrench to complete the loading.
Pipes of different diameters are placed directly on the support roller frame, regardless of the axial level.
(3), measurement level
Since the fixed two-stage double-row friction wheel supports the pipe, it is not necessary to level the pipe as long as the pipe is placed on the bracket, and it is not necessary to manually measure the leveling, thereby greatly improving the work efficiency.
(4), pipe lock
Manually adjustable three-jaw self-centering collect supports the inner diameter of the tube. The elongated concave jaws are used to facilitate the opening of the pipe end.
(5), open the cutting
The cutting head is moved to the end of the tube for cutting, and the device automatically positions the next cutting automatically according to the program until all cutting procedures are completed according to the programming. When cutting the hole at the end of the tube, the tube is rotated to the non-claw to avoid cutting to the jaws.
All the opening reference is based on the same cylinder end face. The opening procedure can cut the hole radially according to the entire circumference, and then cut the hole longitudinally, or cut the hole in the longitudinal center line and cut the radial hole or two. A variety of ways to mix and cut. After cutting the large holes, there is no influence on the rotation of the tube due to the support of other positions of the tube.
