Customized Suntec ST-1530 cnc wood lathe for baseball bat making with saw for USA
Customer used ST-9080 round machine make square wood into round one
then use ST-1530 cnc wood lathe to mill baseball bat sawblade fast speed than two cutter especailly baseball bar very thin it can use sawblade mill 2-3 times . and it can control different side to mill .
5.5kw (7.37hp)240v three phase motor to take spindle rotary it means take wood 360 degree rotary then use saw blade to cut carve and this motor can use G code to control M03 on M05 Off. also can use DXF format to mill .
sawblade must with spindle bar at same level then it make sure high precision
Cast iron table weight 1600kgs to make sure no vibrate when mill so thin baseball bat
Yako driver big power for movement .
DSP controller PLC controller two option .
7. Schneider soft limit for optional which can protec motor suddenly off .to make sure motor longlife usage .
